Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are final and can not be refunded. Please always verify information before making final purchases.

 

Exchanges 

At this time, exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes will not be accepted. Please always review sizes and size chart information carefully before making any final purchase. The graphic tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies are within unisex measurements while swimsuits fit true to size.

Damaged/Defective 

If product is damaged or defective upon receiving item(s), please immediately contact our team at Customersupport@3am.store via email.

 

Wrong Items

If you received a wrong item(s), please contact the support team at Customersupport@3am.storeto have issue resolved.  With our sincerest apologies for the confusion, the mistake will be resolved with no additional costs to you.  Thank you for your patience while the matter is being resolved.

 

Refunds 

In order for refunds to be processed, our business will need to receive the returned item(s) that will be inspected for further processing. Notification correspondence will be sent to inform you on the status of the refund, explaining if it was approved or not after the items are throughly inspected. If approved, options for a refund will result via the original method of payment or with a Store Credit.

 

Eligibility for a refund will result in the item being returned in the same condition it was received in.  This indicates that the item must meet the following guidelines: unworn and unused, tags still intact on item(s), and all returned within the original packaging. Lastly, our return policy requires proof of purchase for item(s) being returned. This can be indicated by receipts or order number confirmation.

 

Please contact our customer service team at Customersupport@3am.store  to begin the return process for the item(s) purchased. Once process of return is approved, a return shipping label and instructions on returning the item(s) will be sent directly to you.  Please note that items that are sent back without following our policy for returns will not be accepted.
